Servicio de Rentas Internas announces service outages due to scheduled maintenance

A scheduled technology maintenance by the Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI) will take place from 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6 until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

During this period, several services will be unavailable. From Friday night until 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, users will not have access to electronic receipts, income tax batch refunds, the personal expenses annex, VAT refunds for seniors, income tax refunds, the SRI invoicing tool, and the SRI mobile application.

Additionally, historical information related to electronic invoicing will be inaccessible throughout the entire maintenance window from Friday night until Sunday night.

According to SRI authorities: “From 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6 until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8 a scheduled technology maintenance will take place.”

This planned maintenance is intended to improve system performance and ensure better service continuity for users in the future.
