Servicio de Rentas Internas announces scheduled technology maintenance affecting online services

From Friday, February 6 at 10:00 p.m. until Sunday, February 8 at 10:00 p.m., the Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI) will conduct scheduled technology maintenance.

During this period, certain services will be unavailable from Friday at 10:00 p.m. until Saturday at 6:00 a.m. These include electronic vouchers, the personal expenses annex, VAT refunds for senior citizens, income tax refunds, the SRI invoicing system, and the SRI mobile application.

Additionally, on Sunday, February 8 between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., users may experience intermittent access to these same services.

The SRI announced these temporary disruptions as part of their ongoing efforts to maintain and improve their technological infrastructure.
